Here is a great minute workout you can do at home or on the road. The list of exercises is first, and the video link that lasts about 30 minutes is located at the bottom of the list. I hope you have fun with this one. I sure did!

Warm up (7-10 minutes)

Stability– bird dog x 4


Hip mobility

Standing cat cow x 4

Standing spinal rotation

Lunge to ankle rotations stability and mobility

HR increase

Side jogs to jump


Circuit 1 x 3 30” each


Reverse lunges

Russian twists

Circuit 2 3 rounds 30″ each



Slow bicycles

Cool down

Cat cow

Hip flexor
