Looking for a work out you can do anywhere, or a way to add resistance training to a walk. Try this one. Set your reps or time for as many as you can and just mix it up! This work out has resistance training using just your body weight so it is easy. You can pick the ones you want or do them all. Add them periodically to your work trying to get 3 sets completed.
