We love this one! It seems like a strange combination, and I was skeptical at first, but we love it. I usually add tortilla chips. I found this recipe in the Mealime app.
The recipe is pretty easy and so good for you. Black beans contain protein, approximately 8 grams/ cup. Sweat potatoes are great a source fiber. One cup contains 6 grams. Avocado has some good healthy fat and contains more potassium than a banana. Enjoy!
