Quick challenge workout
Need a quick but intense work out? Got ya’ covered. Warm up. Set your timer for 20 minutes. Do 40 seconds of each exercise, resting when needed. Do as many rounds as possible. I got through 3 1/2 rounds first times so next time, I will try to beat that. I got this work out from Marcelo at 1780 fitness in Jacksonville. He is an amazing athlete, but anyone can do this workout! Go at your pace!
