Push Pull workout

Here is a great workout if you have access to some kettlebells or dumbbells. The first three exercises are movement preparation exercises. They help warm you up and prep your body for the work to come. Do 2 sets of 8 reps. Then hit your work out. Use as much weight as you can move safely. 4 sets 8-10 reps. Have fun!

    I like the workout program, mainly because it can be given to A wide range of athletes. It’s a low impact, save ranges of motion for their workout. Also, you could change some of the modalities to get more out of the workouts. I like the workouts
