Group classes will start at 5 am Eastern time Mondays and Wednesday and go for 30 minutes. Can’t get up that early? No problem! More times will be coming soon. My workouts will be designed for beginners and those with health challenges but will be modifiable for all levels! Each work out will progress to make sure you are moving toward your fitness goals. Mondays will be more of a HIIT (high intensity interval training) format and Wednesdays will be more strength based. I promise I will make it so everyone can participate and get a great work out!
